Sometimes when management systems are created, they can have 1000's of pages of information in manuals, procedures, and forms!
They are so over-complicated with information that does not provide value. Systems that have so much documentation you over-extend resources to manage the system! You can't afford that!
If a document is not necessary or doesn't add value it should not exist. It's presence costs money and effort by people who have more valuable, revenue-generating responsibilities.
We offer a diverse portfolio of options from system reviews to generation of a custom system from design to implementation.
Our systems are focused on a minimalist approach. We capitalize on your success, your best practices, retaining the essential and value-adding documented information. Fluff and non-value added documents are removed. The system implemented will be the way you run your business not something implemented to get a certificate to hang on the wall.
The experts at CETC know what Certification Bodies expect. They audit for Registrars, ensuring the requirements of the standard are met.
With Our Model, time to complete an up-grade is 2 to 3 weeks on-site over a period of 3 to 4 months. Time to implement a complete new system is 4-5 weeks over a 3 to 6 month time period. (Methods of implementation by competitors often take a year or more.)
Remote Implementations are another option with our Model. Through the use of various electronic media, our team, leads your team, to successful implementation or upgrade.
When I help someone with ISO 9001 implementation, you will learn every problem in your system. Your culture will change. Change is difficult. From my observations of implementing ISO 9001 since 1995, I've found that you will loose 2% of your employees when you implement ISO 9001. Change is difficult.
We change the culture and build in integrity, accountability, compliance to regulations, and conformance to ISO 9001. If you so choose other standards can also be implemented to meet demands of customers such as AS 9100, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO 13495, ISO 50001, and ISO 22716.
