In 1979, John Deere hired me as a Co-op Student. My blood grew GREEN.
In 2024, I have commited to serve as an Interim Quality Manager for the Camfil facility in Riverdale, NJ. I'm tickled GREEN, Again!
The shade of green is a little different but, I'm so excited.
I get to go in and serve them as they "RCA".
As they define their Roles and Responsibilities, define a Cadence of Communication of what is monitored and measured, and establish Accountability to drive improvement.
I can't wait! I'm so excited to get to work with CAMFIL. Look them up.
Personally, I haven't filled a role like this since 1995. I look forward to the day to day work of seeing quality work.
